Term 4

This Term we are having some fantastic moments. They are Life Education, Grasshopper Tennis,Water Safety at the AC Baths and a team picnic at the lake.

WE THINK THAT THE ALL BLACKS ARE AMAZING!

Thriller

Thriller Zombie. I really look like the walking dead.

Our Production item.

This term our "Bring It" item is Michael Jackson's song "Thriller".
The name of our production is called 'Bring It'' .
In our production we are all zombies and in  the background there are going to be more zombies walking around .

Mrs Thomas is teaching us to paint faces so we can paint other peoples faces like zombies.

Term 3

This term we are going skiing at happy valley. Our whole class is going.15 people know how to ski. We are going up the mountain on the 2nd & 21st of Sept. It's going to be fun,exciting & challenging.The ones that don't know how to ski can learn and the ones that can can challenge themselves by doing something new.

Swimming.

We went swimming at the AC Baths this term.
We split up into groups at different levels.
We learned backstroke, water safety, freestyle,

some people learned butterfly, sculling and rolling torpedoes.

Koru

Koru.

The Koru spins like the whirling winter wind.

The Koru swirls like stormy rain clouds.

The Koru curls like huge rolling waves.

The curving Koru is like a silvery seashell

We had to draw the other half of a tigers face and colour it in.

I did well by using strong lines and bold colour.

Pet Visits.

Sometimes we have pet visits in our classrooms.
We have had dogs, cats, turtles and Guinea pigs.

Kayla's Batik fish.
We coloured in the fish with crayon.
We scrunched the paper up.
Finally we covered it with green or blue dye.
